William J. Brotherton is available for speaking engagements. A lively and entertaining speaker, William tells railroad anecdotes, Atlanta childhood stories, tales from practicing law, and much more, in “Giving Up Is Not An Option.” The theme of his speech is how he went from being a railroad brakeman in North Dakota to becoming a successful attorney, professor and writer in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

In addition to teaching for many years at Texas Christian University, William has taught or lectured at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, the Center for Environmental Research and Training at the University of Texas at Arlington, Lamar University, the University of Texas at Dallas, North Central Texas College, and the University of North Texas
